Took my patio door blind in for repair which I bought from Ace Draperies. I came in to the store and told them what was wrong and Jamie new immediately what the cause was. 15 minutes went by and it was repaired. She told me that the blind I purchased was still under warranty. What great customer service for their customers. This family store is the next generation and still has the customer service of old. Please let them quote your blinds and draperies. As a small business, we need people like them. Customer service is non- existent in today's world

Christopher Jamieson owner of Ace Drapery was at my home in July of 2018 to repair the cord on one of my blinds. Chis did an excellent job of repair, he was honest, respectful and fair in his pricing and he was able to do the work right in my home. I highly recommend Ace Drapery for quality work at a fair price for your home or business.

I needed a new shade that broke. It was a motorized shade. Christopher was able to use the same shade and make it manual. He then fixed another shade that was torn on the bottom and was able to cut off the torn part and make it look like new. We are so tickled pink and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ace.

Our home has several window shades sold by Eddie Z's, which has since left the Milwaukee market and no longer appears to offer much customer service support as a result. We found Ace Drapery simply by searching online, and we are sure glad we did as they have helped us out with repairs on multiple occasions. Their customer service is exceptional, and their prices are beyond reasonable. Highly recommended!

A cord snapped on the giant faux wood blinds on my front picture window. We went in thinking we needed to purchase new ones, prepared to spend a lot. We learned about the different options available to us and ultimately settled on getting the blinds repaired, saving us a ton of money. I brought in an old top-down/bottom-up blind for restringing. They were not sure that they had the now-obsolete part that was needed. Two days later they called. Not only did they have the part, but the blind was completed and ready for pick-up. The price was very fair.

This type of service is far superior to other blind repair services that I have used. They are farther away from my home, but definitely worth the trip.

While I did not do any business with Ace Drapery, I sent them an email asking if they could repair my old Comfortex cordless blinds. They were very helpful and indicated that they do not fix that type in-house, but could send them out for repair. Great customer service. I would certainly consider using them in the future.
